- Description of Issue - Secondary quest objective not being destroyed/interacting with the grenades from the first objective.
- Rough Date and Time of issue - 03/11/26 Not sure about the time. Mid afternoon?
- Repro steps - Obtained Chem grenades for the first portion of the quest, died and was resurrected with the chem grenades before throwing them at the second portion of the quest. None of the chem grenades showed any interaction with or destroyed the objective items. Subsequent runs prevent me from interacting with the sealed chem grenade box, and do not reset my progress. Maybe changing the quest to "In a single run" would help avoid this issue?
