Game starts, but quickly crashes (Black screen error)
Hey, so I've been playing Marathon for the last couple of days and it was running pretty smoothly! However, after the update, the game is not being able to fully load. It seems normal, at first: the game starts, logos for Bungie and Sony appear and the screen that requires the player to left click the mouse also work as usual. The thing is, after this, when the square patterns appear on the right side of the screen, the screen becomes pitch black and the game closes.

Same. Had been playing no problems then i turned on steam and got new update and now its just loading screen then time out black screen with just “ESC” button to go backnto main screen.
I'm also having this exact same issue, after clicking sign in I get that loading screen followed by a brief freeze and then it crashes to desktop, I have not been able to get into the game since this patch has dropped. Game had been running great with no crashing issues until this patch. Hopefully this gets resolved quick (and that i finally have all my twitch drops when I log in) T^T
Having the same issue. I wrote a ticket in here yesterday, but still happening. Mine will always crash on the poor signing-in worm
i have the same issue are ya on windows 10 by any chance? im starting to think is a windows 10 issue
