Bugged Ephemeral Exfil on outpost showing up for me, not squadmates, resulted in squad death.

- Description of Issue - We were exfiling at the end of an Outpost match, went to a restricted exfil, I see it on my map and TURN IT ON in the game world with my Master Key physically. I guess it wasnt there for both teammates on the map for them, but my teammates were new so they didn't realize it wasn't there for them until after the fact cause they didn't know the location of its spawn. After I turn it on I go to my quest real quick then come back and it just had DESPAWNED completely, resulting in a squad wipe due to the game's bugged exfil.
- Rough Date and Time of issue - 03-11-2026, 20:00~ EST
- Repro steps - Have exfil on map for you only and not squadmates, go to it, turn it on, despawns, die.
