Missing deluxe edition rewards from Steam purchase

I've purchased the deluxe edition through Steam. This purchase was made days ago. I logged in last night and didn't recieve any of the deluxe items in my Marathon mail box. I am still encountering this problem 24 hrs later. I spent hours figuring out how to 'find' the deluxe items only to discover that it's a common issue. Although not recieving the deluxe items isn't inherently bad, launching the game for the first time and spending hours searching for a product I've purchased (which doesn't currently exist due to a bug) ruined the initial game experience. I would have had more fun if I never bought the deluxe edition and played the base game - because I wouldn't have spent hours troubleshooting.

    I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Deluxe Edition content. We'd received some reports of this issue and we have attempted to push through a fix. Please close the game fully, check to make sure you have the pack installed and relaunch the game. If you are still missing the content, please let us know!
