Bugged Lightning Strikes

- Description of Issue - Walking outside in Perimeter, heard sounds of lightning strike coming in, with no visual indicator, then was struck by invisible lightning and killed instantly.
- Rough Date and Time of issue - 4:40PM PST, March 11, 2026
- Repro steps - This is your issue. All of my drivers are up to date, I am on an RTX5090.

- Comments - I am already on thin ice with the bugs in this game, but to lose a full run to this after also completing a difficult quest has put me in the 'close to uninstalling because I am wasting my time' group.
