Missing twitch drops
Dear Bungie Support Team,
Hello, I am a player from China who enjoys both Marathon and Destiny 2. My Twitch username is: snsx0418, and my Bungie username is: 食脑圣心#4330.
Five days ago, I participated in a Twitch Drops campaign for the game Marathon. I linked my Bungie account on Twitch at that time, but I did not complete the verification and linking process on the Bungie.net website. After finishing the drop requirements, I promptly claimed the reward in my Twitch Drops Inventory. However, I have not received the corresponding in-game reward since then.
Today, five days after claiming the drop, I finally linked my Twitch account through the Bungie.net website. I have consulted Twitch Support, and they informed me that Bungie is responsible for the in-game reward delivery system. They suggested that you are able to investigate the situation and might be able to deliver the drop to my now-properly-linked account, especially if I am still within the 14-day window following the end of the campaign.
I would like to know if it is still possible for me to receive the corresponding reward. I would greatly appreciate a reply from a member of your team.
