my pc: gtx 1650, i3 10105f
literally above the minimum requirements, FPS does not rise above 20, I tried reinstalling drivers and much more. but still nothing changes, there is a solution to this problem?

I can’t record a video, but I can provide the time when it started, my nickname is mikusilent. Since the beginning of the stress test, FPS rose to 40-60 a couple of times, but now it has stopped altogether, I reinstalled the nvidia drivers, updated dx, lowered the settings and FPS still does not rise above 17-25. I tried reinstalling and looking for a way to increase FPS in the system settings, but nothing helped, I checked on the exact same PC configuration and everything worked fine there, although there were no differences, I tried checking for viruses, everything was clean, in other games everything worked fine, but only in Marathon there were problems. if there is any solution, I would be very happy, because I am a fan of this series and I would like to play quietly without problems with frames
