hey bro, I have the same problem. I’m going to follow this thread to see if we find any solution, either from my side or yours. I hope we can solve it soon. I had found a small possible solution, but it didn’t work for long.
I had to go into the game’s local files, right-click, open Properties, go to Compatibility, then disable Fullscreen Optimizations and run the program as Administrator.
But the only thing that got fixed was the player’s hands, nothing else. The houses and the tutorial knife were still black.
That probably means something related to the overlay is causing the problem.

Only "fix" until a patch is to downgrade gpu driver to 23.7.1
