Microstuttering when you have 300+ friends on Steam
- Bungie Account Name - SGT Sagara#3446

- Description of Issue - Both in the menu and during a ground infiltration, the game suffers from micro-stuttering that occurs every 3-5 seconds. The game updates the friends list (synced by Steam) and apparently fails to sync all the users on my friends list (I have a friends list of 698 users). If I set the friends network in Steam to OFFLINE, the game immediately and permanently stops stuttering. Reactivating the Steam friends network immediately causes regular and persistent stuttering.
- Rough Date and Time of issue - The issue was present throughout Server Slam and reappeared at launch on March 5th.
- Repro steps - To trigger the problem: launch the game with a Steam account with more than 300 users in the friends list.
