Stuck spot unable to escape in dire marsh complex

Was just walking ontop of some crates and fell down and couldn't get out. In dire marsh at complex lower level.
Tried going down, full dying, being revived, using ammo crates to boost myself, nothing worked. Had to forfeit all my items in that run. Compensation would be nice thanks!
