Unable to fire weapon after healing
After healing, I have had some moments where my gun has come back up and in my hands but I'm unable to fire it, the fix i have to do to be able to fire the weapon again is to switch to knife or other weapon and mid gunfight that means death

I've run into this exact issue multiple times in the past few days as well. It was always mid combat so I very likely had just healed the multiple times it happened to me as well. I was also unable to ADS when it happened. Swapping to knife and back fixed it for me too.
