Opening the Map Crashes Your Game on Perimeter

Description of Issue - If it is raining on Perimeter and you open your map your game will crash to desktop. Also if you open your map the instant the match begins your game will crash.
Rough Date and Time of issue - Throughout the last few days.
Repro steps - Load Perimeter, as soon as the match starts open your map. It happens mainly if it is raining, but I've also had it happen in the exact same spot inside Station a few times after the game had already begun.
