Steam Shift+Tab Crashes Game

Description of Issue - When pressing Shift+Tab, the steam menu appears and instantly freezes and crashes Marathon. It occurred in the playtests I played and the fully released game. It does not always crash from Shift+Tab but it usually does if I am in a match and less often in the menu. I would say about 90% of the time in game it crashes.
Rough Date and Time - It has occurred many times, but my best guess on the most recent was around 2 pm PST, 3/10/2026.
Repro steps - open game, get in a match, press shift + tab on the steam version.

If this issue happens consistently under the circumstances you described, please try to capture a video that shows the issue occurring. You can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link here and we’ll be glad to take a look.
Also this has never occurred this consistently in any other game I've played.
