Preordered Deluxe edition problem

It's been 5 days, and I still haven't received premium rewards pass, the only thing i got was a blank voucher

Then, y'all said that it was fixed and I could get the actual voucher in store, but it was a lie again. Nothing in the store, just offers to buy premium rewards pass AGAIN. Absolutely outrageous that i can't get ALL rewards that I paid 60 dollars for. Shame on y'all Bungie. I was so hyped for the game and y'all messed up again.

    Thanks for reaching out.

    1. Have you tried the following steps to redeem your Premium Rewards Pass?:
    2. From the main menu, open the Rewards Pass
    3. Find “Unlock Premium” at the bottom
    4. Select the “Unlock Premium” button
    5. Hold the confirm button on the pop‑up to redeem the voucher.  

    If this doesn't resolve the issue, please let me know.
