Claimed Missing Item Server Slam Rewards Mail, Did Not Show Up in Account under Customize

Hi there, I claimed the Missing Item Server Slam Rewards Mail sent out in-game today 3/10/26. However the rewards (Complex Study Deluxe Profile Emblem) did not show up in my account under Customize. Screenshots attached below. Please let me know how to troubleshoot or if another mail will be sent out to reclaim the missing rewards (Complex Study Emblem & Beta.exe Background)?

same, i still have yet to receive my first set of twitch drops, something is wrong with their delivery system
