Cannot interact with Tarax Seeds in Greenhouse

  We understand you were unable to interact with Tarax Seeds. This does sound odd to us. So that we can effectively look into the cause of this, please consider replying with the following for our investigation:

  • The platform you play on.
  • The approximate date and time you first experienced this on.
  • Do particular in-game actions appear to reproduce this? Or are Tarax Seeds always impossible to interact with?
  • A linked videoclip demonstrating this issue.

  Once we have this information, we will investigate this further.

  I've interacted with them before, it might be an issue with the ones specifically in Greenhouse, but I think this has also happened outside of Greenhouse.
