*FIXED* (BUG) Complex Study Emblem Reward Claimed, Yet Cannot Be Found Anywhere. (Beta.exe Background Still Not Delivered)

Description of Issue - Missing Server Slam items notification, only includes "Complex Study" Emblem, which I have claimed yet cannot be found anywhere when trying to view or equip it outside of the Mailbox. I am also still missing the "Beta.exe" Profile Background, which has still not arrived in the mailbox. (I would like to add that I am still missing the Twitch weapon skins for the LMG and Sniper, as well as both Profile Backgrounds)
Rough Date and Time of issue - 10th March 2026, 9PM London/UK Time.

UPDATE: Now have recieved all twitch drops and server slam rewards. We got there in the end. (Also very pleased with the new things being added to rewards pass)
