Missing Pre-order and Deluxe items

Hello, Lvl 10 runner playing on Steam over few sessions and still no deluxe items either in the mailbox (Checked the file integrity on steam, checked the overlay activation, restarted Steam, uninstalled and reinstalled the game...)

I've received the Twitch drops and Server slam items properly though.

Please help :)
