Missing barter for Spark Leaf -> patch kit

I remember in server slam there was NuCaloric barter for spark leaf into 3 patch kit. Now I do not see it.

At first I thought it was removed for launch but I saw other people having it. What am i missing? I have most low level upgrades done on NuCaloric (rank 9)

Oh it came back after armory refresh, so I am assuming it is daily random
