Cant change my nickname

Even tho I just created my account, I cant change my nickname. Ive tried to use another nickname to see if the name is the problem but it didnt work. It is not possible that I changed my name before since the account is recently created. And if that was the case, my nickname wouldnt be the default one that was given to me after the account was created. I hope you can help me fix this problem.

If you are unable to change your name, it would be caused by one of these scenarios:
- You have no name changes remaining.
- You're attempting to change to a name that's not allowed by the system, or attempting to go back to a name that was previously actioned.
To that point, we recommend trying another, slightly different name to see if this allows you to enact a name change. If you're still unable to do so despite trying many different names, then it's likely you've used up your name changes already.
