Error: Marmot not fixable

I´ve tried verifing the files, reinstalling all the files exept the packages folder and reinstalling the whole game. I also scanned my hardware, disabled the Firewall and ran the launcher and the .exe as administrator. Then i updated all the dirivers AND ran chkdsk and sfc command.
