Steam Deluxe Purchased Twice during bug on launch
I preordered the deluxe version of the game on Steam. On launch when I saw the deluxe stuff locked, I thought maybe I hadn't so I checked the store and saw a Deluxe upgrade available. Figured I didn't pre-order the deluxe, so I bought that and it was still locked. My friend told me later that there were issues with the deluxe.
I tried refunding the deluxe upgrade on steam, but seems I need a ticket for that, so here I am.
