Loadout fully empty by default

**Platform** - Steam **Description of Issue** - Since today, when launching a new run after failing, no free sponsor kit is equipped by default. No new sponsor kits are being acquired either. **Rough Date and Time of issue** - since 7th of March **Repro steps ** - Die, so inventory is empty, then start new run.
