Missing Twitch Drops weapon skin and background

I got all twitch drops during the server slam but only have the emblem and the sponsor kit in the full game. I can see a bunch of others having this issue as well. Would love to get the drops given soon as that background is so cool! Can provide proof of completed drops if needed
