I have not received the deluxe and pre-purchase upgrades
I bought the pre-order and the deluxe edition, I have them activated from Steam for DLC but they didn't give me anything

give it a few hours - to a day and itll show up from my experience with this. Even other things seem to take a while to come through to the account too (server slam rewards, twitch drops and so on). However all have so far shown up for me after a considerable amount of time
