With stash space being as rigid as it is, you should not be able to claim reward crates from messages that would overflow your vault. Worse, allowing it to exceed the overflow items page so that anything that you earned just gets deleted at random.

Thank you for the report. We are aware of an issue where items may be lost if the Vault is considerably overflowed and we are investigating to resolve this as soon as possible.
