In Game Chat Forcibly Disabled
In game chat is forced to be disabled due to "parental controls" but there are no parental controls on my account, nor have there ever been.
There is no way to disable this on Bungie.net either so I can't communicate with anyone in game.

Players who have an incorrect Date of Birth and are incorrectly flagged as a minor can submit a ticket by using our Privacy Contact Form and selecting the “Correct My Data” option.
