I have not recived my game code for collectors edition

On the 27th of febuary I purchased the collectors edition for steam, and on march I recived the emblem and background from sednowl. The thing that I did not receive was the game itself. I have checked spam, junk, and trash for the code but to no avail. I made 3 tickets to bungie support as directed by the FAQ, 2 of witch gave me an automated response, and the 3rd said "give 2-3 days." I would love to wait 5 days to play a game I paid $269.02 for. Either get me my game code or give me my refund, ill ship the statue back to bungie HQ. Ive had enough of Bungies bs throughout Destiny 2, I thought id get a break with Marathon, but here we are, out $260.02 and only a statue and a keychain to show for it.
