Missing Marathon Twitch Drops (Server Slam & Launch) - Update
Hello,
I am missing several Marathon Twitch Drops in‑game, even though they are all correctly claimed in my Twitch Drops Inventory.
I have already completed all recommended steps, including: • Checking my Partner Rewards page on Bungie.net • Verifying all drops in my Twitch Drops Inventory • Claiming every available Marathon drop • Unlinking and relinking my Twitch account on both Twitch and Bungie • Logging out, logging back in, and refreshing the Account Linking page
I also want to clarify that I claimed all of these drops immediately and well within the official campaign windows mentioned in your guidelines. This includes: • Server Slam Drops (Feb 26 – Mar 2) • Launch Drops (Mar 5 – Mar 9)
All drops were claimed during the active campaign periods, and therefore also within the 7‑day post‑campaign claim window. None of them were claimed late, and all of them have been marked as “Claimed” in my Twitch inventory since the event. They were also claimed before the in‑game redemption cutoff dates (e.g., March 31 for the Sponsored Kit).
Unfortunately, the issue still persists.
The following drops do not appear in my Partner Rewards section and are also missing in‑game:
• WEAVEworm Background • Twitch Engine Weapon Skin • GraffitiBingus Background • White & Purple Weapon Skin
All of these items show as successfully claimed on Twitch, but they never appear on Bungie.net or in Marathon.
Could you please investigate this further on your end and restore the missing drops?

Confirming that this exact same issue is happening for me... I'm missing these four specific Twitch drops, both in game and from the partner reward tab of the Bungie website. I have all of the other Twitch drops from both the server slam and launch drops, but the weapon skins and backgrounds just won't unlock regardless of any troubleshooting steps.
It really can't be a coincidence that exactly these drops didn't reach so many people while the others did, I also don't assume that they are just delayed.

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to hear that you are still having issues with your Twitch Drops. Please note that it may take 48 hours for the drops to make their way into the game. If you are still missing all the rewards after this time has past (would land on tomorrow afternoon/evening depending on your location), please let us know.
Also happening with me but only for the purple and white gun skin all the rest showed up relatively fast so I know I’m doing it right
Hey all, reporting in here.
After 30 hours, I have everything except the weapon skin and background from the first drops concerning the server slam watchalong. I've attached a screenshot. Everything that has a strike through it is loot I have received. I am still waiting for the WEAVEworm background and Twitch Engine weapon skin.
While it might not show it, my twitch account and my bungie profile are linked, so there is no issue in getting other drops.
Same. Just got the twitch sponsored kit. Hope the background and weapon skins are coming soon lol
There is also an issue with claiming the Twitch kits. I claimed them from my mail and they immediately vanished, did not lose them from a run or anything.
I had the same issue I claimed the twitch kits from in game mail but never received anything
I am also missing both backgrounds and both weapon skins. I have disconnected and reconnected my Twitch to Bungie several times now and I am still missing both Worm and Cat backgrounds and both weapon styles. Can someone please help add these to my account? I have screenshots as proof of my claiming them.

If you didn't get the sponsored kits, just restart the game. Mine appeared after that.
I have not gotten the following drops either and I unlocked them all and have my account linked. I only got the Bingus profile picture and a sticker.

Same here. I didn't receive any rewards for watching during the slam test and the game's release. Even though the account is linked and everything was done correctly
