  Thanks for reaching out,

  Those voice and crew restrictions are controlled by the date of birth and permissions on your Bungie account, not by your current platform age. If the account was ever set up with a lower birthdate (or flagged as a child account), social features like voice and crew can be disabled.

  We can’t change that from the forums, but you can request a review:
  Use the “Data Privacy / Age or Permissions” request form (often called “Data Privacy Request”).

  Choose the option related to updating your date of birth / removing account restrictions, and fill it out with your correct information.
  Once the request is processed and your account permissions are updated, your voice and crew settings should be able to function normally again.
