Game crashes while loading into tutorial.

The game shuts down every time i reach the loading screen for the tutorial mission. This happened during the entire server slam as well as now with the full game. A couple of times i have gotten GPU related error codes, but my drivers are up to date and my computer exceeds the minimum requirements listed on steam. Before it crashes my FPS drops to 1 but the audio remains for a few seconds until the game closes, usually without an error code.

The game freezes and then closes every time i reach the loading screen for the tutorial mission.
The issue happens every time i open the game, since the beginning of the server slam. Most recently on the 5th at about 13.00 PM PT when launching the game.
Repro steps are opening the game. I play on an HP Pavillion Gaming Desktop 690-00xx and my NVIDIA drivers are up to date.
I cant really record it since its just a crash from doing nothing, but i reach the loading into match screen and then it stutters before dropping to 1 fps and then shuts down.
