Claiming Mailbox Rewards Error
Hey Team,
The rewards received in the Mailbox (cosmetics etc), had no button associated with claiming. This lead me to believe that they were already given to me.
Due to Extreme ADHD and OCD I cannot have notifications mismanaged, and already read mail in the mailbox.
I deleted them all. Then a buddy I played with had these cool skins and icons, he said- "you got them too in the rewards mailbox mail"
I explained I tried to claim, clicked all over even the images of the rewards, and nothing happened so I deleted.
He said "yeah its a bad system you have to scroll down then it appears"
I am super bummed I missed out on that stuff.
In my past experience in gaming, early early skins and cosmetics are saught after in the later years.
I would greatly appreciate these credited back to my account so I can Re-Claim, and im sure tons of others are having this same issue.

Ps. TTK feels a litttttle on the low side currently and I think its turning off a lot of new players.
Please extend TTK, id also suggest if you click your own name in game, that it brings you to the customization screen.

Thank you for your report.
We are aware of this issue and are currently investigating the best way to resolve this issue with early cosmetics that were not properly claimed.
