Urgent: Bought on all 3 platforms, missing deluxe items and platform specific perks

Description of Issue - I preordered the deluxe edition on Xbox (redeemed via Collectors edition code), bought the steam edition basic license, and PS5 basic edition license. They are all tied to the same Bungie account. I first launched the game under steam at 1 eastern and later this evening on Xbox and PS5.
I did not yet receive any platform-specific items and no Deluxe preorder items when signing into any of the 3 platforms linked to my Bungie account. I am worried that the cross-platform redemption is not working to actually send me the items for platforms and deluxe edition bonuses. - Rough Date and Time of issue - Launch day - Present

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear you didn't receive your platform exclusive content and Deluxe Edition items. We've recently identified an issue where players did not receive their Deluxe Edition content and have since fixed the issue. Just checking, could you please restart your game and client, and see if all your items are there?
