Server slam rewards not being able to collect on Xbox
I played in the server slam and got the 2 letters for reward boxes on xbox. However I can't seem to be able to claim the rewards. I have tried again and again but it won't give me the contents of thw boxes nor let me claim them. I still have the messages, but i hate that I can't claim them.
