Accidental Pass Purchase

Hello,

I purchased the deluxe edition, and had LUX in my account from a store purchase. While checking out the pass, I accidentally purvchased it. I know Deluxe edition holders are still waiting on their pass included in that version of the game. Would it be possible to have my LUX refunded, please?

    We understand that you accidentally purchased the premium rewards pass. Please be advised that if you purchased the Deluxe Edition and a Premium Rewards Pass, you can use your Premium Rewards Pass Voucher next season.

    We have received reports of players experiencing issues with Deluxe Edition rewards. At this time, we're looking into this. Your patience and understanding during this investigation is appreciated.

  • I did the same! I figured I misread that on the deluxe version, bought more LUX and got the rewards pass, then realized others were not getting their in-game deluxe items.

  • Yeah it's a tough look. I know there's a lot going on with launch, but this wouldn't have happened if the deluxe purchasers got their stuff on time :/

  • Hey look at us. Me too. I don't read too good. I didn't realize the premium battle pass comes with the deluxe version of Marathon. So I used my LUX to buy the battle pass.
