We have just received an update.
Concerning this issue, does it resolve if you restart the Steam client? Please let us know.
Don't think anything has changed, I have viewed the page via both Steam and a separate web browser. No price/purchase option is displayed
DLC can be now be purchased, I haven't received any of the items after launching.
