The items i paid via the deluxe edition for are not showing up. can someone please contact me, preventing me from playing the game and making further purchases till its addressed...super disappointed...

I Pre Ordered the deluxe edition of marathon and I have received neither the preorder items nor deluxe items included. I'd like this issue addressed as well!
i have the same issue, i've pre purchased deluxe edition and now im seeing that i lost all of my progress during server slam, i need help directly from bungie
My Steam Profile Confirms that I purchase the correct edition.
All of my progress is gone as well. Stash, level, contracts, everything has been reset on top of not getting what I paid for!! super concerning...
