Twitch drops issue

Sorry I know this isn't technically a bug but I've seen some similar post here so I'm going for it. I'm currently having an issue with my Twitch drops and I've been trying to contact twitch for multiple days and have yet to receive a response. So hopefully I can just skip the middle man here and go directly to y'all to solve the issue. I played during the server slam and when I decided I was going to pre order the game started watching twitch streams to get the other rewards as well. Despite checking multiple times to ensure I was getting drop progress I didn't get the last stretch of rewards (the gun skin) and have proof that I was on twitch and actively watching a stream while I was in game. Is there a bungie support email I can send my ss and internet history to so I can bypass having to wait ages for Twitch to respond and just be granted the reward from y'all?
