Server Slam Beta Rewards

been playing the server slam since release and have spent 20 hours getting to level 25. On the last day I was in hospital and unable to get myself to level 30 to earn the beta rewards. I am really disappointed as I don’t get to keep any loot or rewards I have got now so these were worth getting the hours put in but I won’t get these. Is there any chance I can possibly ask if my account can be awarded the level 30 server slam rewards? (Ive already preordered the deluxe game)
