Performance on RTX 2080 Ti

So like many others I have performance issues on my rtx 2080 Ti and I feel like the game isnt optimized enough.

Usually while playing im getting about 60-80fps on average with 30-50% utilization on my gpu and the graphics settings dont change my performance basically at all.

Hoping this gets fixed and I can tweak settings in the future to get a framerate of at least 100-144Hz or so, thanks
