Focusrite Control MIDI driver BSOD
-
Battleye consistently causing BSOD on startup when Focusrite Control USB MIDI drivers are enabled, deactivating these specific drivers rectifies the issue. It's worth noting that the drivers attached to the 4th generation interfaces of the same name do not seem to do this, only 3rd gen and older.
System Specs:ASUS PRIME B550-PLUS AC-HES
AMD 5700x3d
AMD 7600xtAll drivers, BIOS, etc. up to date, including affected drivers.

Hi there,
Thank you for the report.
We've received multiple reports of game crashes caused by BattlEye flagging Focusrite audio interfaces. We are currently investigating this issue and apologize for the inconvenience.
After some experimentation, it seems that the entire Focusrite MIDI USB device must be disabled in order to avoid BSOD, not just attached drivers.
I just wish to further say that I have to completely unplug my Scarlett 2i4 Audio Interface to be able to play the game, which is supremely irritating. I am aware that you are looking into the issue, but the more people this effects, the higher up the list the bug fixing will go.
