players getting stuck under stairways

my teammate became stuck under a stairway in dire marsh in maintenance after he went down and bled out on a stairway. his bag fell through the stairs and after we revived him he couldn't get back out. we tried everything we could think of even downing him again to see if he could crawl out but still no escape. he ended up having to forfeit the run.
