Unable to use Quick Heals after using Tap to ADS and switching to knife

Description of Issue - Pretty simple bug. I scope in with tap to ADS instead of hold to ADS, and when I swap to my knife during the ADS, my Quick Heals (4) will not work. When I switch back to any gun, the tap to ADS is still active, and I can use my Quick Heals again, regardless of in or out of ADS, but if I go back to my knife while still in ADS, the bug persists and I can't heal. Honestly, I'd prefer if I switch weapon regardless of type, that the ADS were ended, but the ADS state seems to persist.
Rough Date and Time of issue - Any time.
Repro steps - Tap to ADS, switch to knife while ADS active, 4 Key no longer Quick Heals me.
