Steam persistent no launch

BattleEye launcher opens, but no game window ever appears. Steam identifies the game as running, and a background Marathon process is still running, but no game window. None of the other driver/hub-related fixes have worked.

- Your Bungie Account Name. Please include the four digits which follow the #.
- Your PC's GPU.
- The approximate date and time you began to experience this issue on.
- If you happen to see any error message, please consider linking us to a screenshot of them.
Once we have this information, we will review.

There's a lot of people with this issue and nothing seems to work.
