Name changed to "Redacted4468", unable to change it back on my Bungie account...help

After starting the Server slam Marathon my account name was changed to "Redacted4468" and I cannot change it back on Bungies account site, says I can only change my name once, but I did not change it to Redacted4468. Help :)

Please help me understand what I can do to fix this.

Thanks for reaching out!

As long as you have a name change token available, you can change your username using the steps below:

Log in to Bungie.net with a platform account
Go to Profile Settings
Update the Bungie Name under "Identity Settings"
Press the "Save" button

As I wrote in the initial post I am unable to change the name. How do I get a "name change token"? Why was my name even changed in the first place? I see alot of people having this issue. Just help me change me name back from this redacted name.

I'm having this same issue here, I had heard there was some bug but it seemed to be fixed and I still am unable to change mine

I got it solved by making a support ticket instead of posting here.
