PC Fans not acting normal

First, i use fan control and have everything tuned down. every game, when i play its quiet. 

Today, as soon as I started playing I noticed my PC fans were going way too hard, and even after quitting the game they didnt stop. Kept going real hard, and real loud. 

So I did some other updates on windows, amd gpu, cpu. all of it. Went back in and again, within 5 minutes of playing the game, the pc fans are going nuts. I quit the game and they dont stop going nuts until i turn it off.

I tried three other games, POE2, WoW, Tarkov... and nothing else is giving me this issue. Marathon is overriding like my fan settings, and whats worse is that the fans never go back to normal until I shut the rig down. Every other game I play, on highest settings, and its still quiet fans. 

Anyone else noticed this? If you run your fans loud and full blast I doubt you would, but for others like me?
