FPS drop in the Amory but only when viewing Traxus

Easy to replicate. In the Amory my fps will be at a stable 200 (cap) but when I click on the Traxus tab it will drop to >80, when I click on any other faction it will go back up to a stable 200 aga...

Please help. Am I missing something? I can't earn anymore rep, I can't complete Capstone upgrades and can't complete the last three VIP upgrades because they are locked.
