Issue still present after update 1.0.5.2. Surely this cant be a big fix as no other game has this issue.

I am also experiencing this same issue, and additionally whenever I open the game I am only getting 2-3 fps throughout the publisher information into the menu where I receive the W:8:80090305 error...
