For me it’s blue tier and higher. If I try to untrack it duplicates tracked item so may be linked to another bug.. Discovered this morning - ongoing Grumpygoose#4860 Steam - Grumpygoose

3. Standard Contracts for CyberAcme are bugged and Permanetly disabled. Can't Adapt: Can't Fight II suspected cause.

Mine is also disabled. On steam. Grumpygoose#4860
