3. Doesn't launch, not a single window shown

A friend of mine is having the same issue, Steam says it's running but it never launches. This may be tied to the issue with Focusrite audio interfaces, or perhaps not. Seems like a BattlEye issue.

This is essentially what is happening to a friend of mine who has a Scarlett interface — he was able to get the game to stop crashing by disabling it, but he can't actually get the game to run, tho...
